Here's a super colt by Champion sire Savabeel that "slipped through the cracks" at the NZB Ready To Run Sale. We somehow managed to secure him for just $100,000NZD! That's incredbile buying, and I'm sure we caught a few bidders napping on this one!
There's loads to love about this colt. He's got the looks, the pedigree, the action, and the attitude. And very importantly, he vetted up low risk with clean x-rays and a perfect scope. The cherry on top is that we bought him for well under our valuation.

This stunning colt is by the Champion Sire SAVABEEL. He breezed up over 200m in the slick time of 10.55 seconds! Most importantly, he did it with a beautiful action; very fluent, and with a good length of stride. He covers plenty of ground with each stride and runs through the line very strong; comfortably under his own steam. For a colt bred to run over middle distances, the added speed he can produce will be lethal on the race track.
SAVABEEL - a sire that needs little introduction. A Cox Plate hero on the race track, but an immortal at stud - crowned Champion Sire in NZ 9 times. He has produced 145 stakes winners, 34 Group 1 winners including the likes of I WISH I WIN, PROBABEEL, LUCIA VALENTINA, ATISHU, SHILLELAGH, MO'UNGA, MAJOR BEEL, etc. He boasts a consistent 73 per cent winners to runners ratio and 11 per cent stakes winners to runners ratio.
Our colt is out of the Flying Spur mare VINEVALE. She was a six-time metropolitan race winner, 3 in succession from 1200m - 1500m. She is a half-sister to Group 3 winner PURPLE SECTOR and has produced one foal to race for one winner. (see pedigree report attached)
